Shipping Policy

One simple rate wherever you are, free shipping when you stock up, and tracking on every parcel. Here's how delivery works.
$7.99 flat rate worldwide. FREE on orders of $100 or more.
That's three sets of tea towels, which is a lovely number for a kitchen of your own plus two gifts.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are counted from the day your parcel ships, and busy seasons or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. As soon as your towels leave us, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link, so you can follow the parcel right to your door.
International orders, duties and taxes
We ship worldwide at the same $7.99 flat rate. For orders delivered outside the United States, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes are paid by the recipient, as set by the destination country. They are collected by the carrier or customs office, not by Maplesill. If a parcel is refused because charges were not paid, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
Please check your address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@maplesill.com as soon as possible; if the order hasn't shipped, we'll gladly update it. Once it's with the carrier we may not be able to redirect it.
Lost, late or delivered but missing
If tracking hasn't moved for a while, or it says delivered but there's no sign of your parcel, check with neighbours and your building's mail area first, then email us. We'll chase it with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund.
Damaged in transit
Cotton travels well, but boxes do get bumped. If your towels arrive marked or damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace them at no cost to you.
